Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Hot Cocoa Pods, Milk Chocolate, 24 Count, Pack of 1

This is my second order for these hot chocolate K-Cups. I consider them a winner, especially compared to other “name brands”. Good chocolate flavor and makes a good cup of cocoa-provided you reduced the amount of recommended water. However, for a great cup here’s my recipe: Any cocoa drink made with 8 ounces of water is going to taste watery. I learned long ago to ignore instant cocoa instructions and experiment with less water. My coffee maker there has an espresso setting that limits the amount of water-the 2-cups setting dispenses 3-4 oz. At this setting, these pods taste really good but are still a bit thin. To remedy that and make the best instant cocoa ever, I drop in a square of quality milk chocolate (like Cadbury's or Aldi’s Choceur) plus a dash of cream (for texture and that buttercream taste that makes you think it’s real milk). Microwave to your preferred drinking temp and blend it all together. Optionally, top it off with whipped cream. This recipe really helps, particularly if your coffee maker won’t accommodate smaller cups. Enjoy

We love hot chocolate and this is very good and easy to use. Just pop it into your k-cup coffee maker and let it go, making smaller cups makes it more chocolatey, but even with a 12 oz cup it has the perfect amount of chocolate and doesn't taste watery.

I first tried these because they were the least expensive of all the ones that I saw. However, after using them for a week or so, I grew to love their deep chocolate flavor and the ease of having a nice cup of hot chocolate anytime during the day. They are so easy to use and the good, rich chocolate flavor is very nice. Recommended for a good cup of hot chocolate and you can’t beat the price on Amazon.

Of all the different hot cocoa k-pods I have tried (and there have been many) this Amazon Basic is my absolute favorite. It’s so creamy and smooth. It’s plenty sweet without adding any sugar or sweetener. I always brew a 10oz cup in my Keurig Express and it’s very strong flavored at the size… perfect! If you want to spice it up a bit just add a flavored creamer. I’ve never had any failed k-pods with the Amazon Basic brand. Other brands I’ve tried fail in the delivery and leave product (up to half) left in the k-cup after the dispensing process. Not a single fail with the Amazon Basic. Always delivered fast and always in perfect condition.By far this is my favorite hot cocoa k-pod and now it’s the only one I need to stock in my home. You’ll love it’s flavor, creaminess and smooth drinkability. YUM!!

Flavor and price are on point, will buy again

This is one of the best instant hot chocolates I've had. It's the only pod hot chocolate I will buy. It has a great flavor, and I have it on a subscription. Add a little Bailey's to it, and it's even better.

I wish I’d read the label before purchasing. This has an artificial taste, which makes sense because it has artificial flavors and corn syrup solids. It gets three stars because the packaging is fine and it works in the Keurig. For flavor I’d give it one star. It resembles hot chocolate but it doesn’t taste very good. The price was right, but in the end it’s not worth it.

great it tastes great almost as good as the blue mix
