If you mean 4 vocal mics, 1 guitar amp, 1 bass amp, and 4 drum mics, there are not enough channels on this mixer to accommodate your set-up. A 12 or 16 input mixer would be suitable.

It sounds like you are trying to connect regular stereo speakers to the amp. I would not try this.I have Peavey "Peavey 12 Inch 2-Way Speaker Enclosure" pa speakers connected to mine that can use the 1/4 inch jacks or the speakon jacks depending on the cables you have. There might be some adapters you could use, but I would just get speakers made to handlethe power that this amp will push to the speakers. You could easily blow the speakers that are not designedto be used with this amp. Do a search for "pa speakers" to see speakers that are made to work with this amp.

You do not need a powered mixer. Use a mixer with line level output(s) to send to line level input(s) to the church's main sound system. In my opinion.
