As a former emergency medical technician, I used pulse oximeters throughout my tenure. I can attest to the high quality of this product. This particular pulse oximeter from RENPHO is very simple to set up and displays accurate readings very quickly. It also turns off automatically after use, minimizing unneeded battery loss. I also like that the package comes with a loop so I can wear the pulse ox around my neck. This product is great for both medical professionals and laypeople, and I will surely recommend this product to other family members and friends. Overall, this product is deserving of a five-star rating.

Accurate and Reliable?In a past only the medical people would use instrument like this.But now in this era or COVID-19 a Pulse Oximeter has also become one of those necessary items to monitor your health. Because COVID-19 virus attack your lungs, the one of the first symptoms of the virus is low blood oxygen level!Unit came very quick compare to other items what I been ordering online lately.Packaging was very neat and professional.Manual is more then complete. I have not seen manual so deep in a while. It's include not only description of the unit but also explanation graphs, tables and even formulas!Unit very simple to operate. Display reading is fast and accurate (compared with my doctor unit).Very important that this Pulse Oximeter has the Perfusion Index PI% that is a indicator of the reliability of the Pulse Oximeter. (I have to ask my doctor what is PI indicator)The function of the oximeter is very simple. You press ON button on the front to turn the Oximeter on. Place the finger inside and wait 5-7 seconds (faster than other units) for a reading. It's also produce a bips as it sense your pulse.When done, remove the finger and the meter shuts down in a few seconds. The package comes with a Long lanyard, and it includes the two AAA batteries. Would be nice to have a some kind of little case for it. Also personally I would like to see a pulse waveform instead of bar... But Overall I am very happy with this Pulse Oximeter!I wish I would have it a few years ago when we went to Machu Picchu! Peru.

Push the clip to open, put your finger in, push the on button, and the reading of your oxygen level and heart rate pop right up.5) They display is clear and easy to ready.CONS:1) I struggled just a bit to get the plastic back off to access the battery case. The instructions provide a good illustration of it, so that helped.

One of them is to monitor oxygen levels in blood in patients that present any characteristic symptom of the disease. Also people in here (inclusive) are afraid of going into clinics and hospitals fearing a infection. So everything you could monitor from home is welcome.I decided to buy Renpho pulse oximeter as the company is not new for me, I also have a body fat sacale that have been working awesome for a year now.Shipping was super fast, 8 days before predicted. The packaging was very protective for the main unit, everything inside the box was ok. Free batteries included. The user manual is complete and easy to go through. Installing the batteries was an easy process didn't take much time.The unit material and parts are strong, looks very durable and unit finishes are very neat.it was very easy to put it on, no extra strength is needed to accommodate the oximeter in the finger tips (any finger). The unit is very simple to operate. A single button operate the hole unit. Readings about my oxygen blood levels came to the screen in 6 seconds. The Display readings are very understandable and in vivid color. The auditive signals aid in reading an understanding the data results. Have been testing the unit and the data seems very accurate, did some comparisons with a blood pressure pulse miter. Auto shutdown characteristic helps to minimize battery drainage.Sorry for my English.

I’ve been wanting an Oximeter for ages due to the fact I’m asthmatic and can suffer with chest infections in the winter. The first thing the doctor will do is check my oxygen levels using one of these. Most of the time it instantly reassured me when the doctor tells me that despite the chest infection feeling bad, the oxygen is getting through. Each time I go I wish I had one myself so I could check it at home and save on worry! Of course should your oxygen levels not be high enough this gadget will let you know immediately and you can take action and I feel very reassured by having it. I’ve added some photos so you can see the box it arrives in. It’s super easy to use. Pop in the batteries (supplied, hurrah!), put it on your finger and press the button. You will see from my pics the display is ultra clear and it takes no time to get your pulse. You don’t even need to turn it off. Remove your finger and it does that for you. You can also see your pulse rate value which is also helpful. It comes with a lanyard, which is threaded through the holes on one of the corners (see pic) and overall it’s an awesome thing to have tucked away for when you need it. If you haven’t heard of the make Renpho before, don’t let that put you off. I’ve got their scales too which come with an app to track your weight and both have been flawless. My confidence is high in the brand and in this little oximeter. When I can’t breathe properly in the night and begin to panic, seeing a higher reading than I feel (hopefully!) will be immensely reassuring. And not that I want to talk about Covid-19 but one of the symptoms of the virus is a drop in oxygen within your blood. Given the situation we are all in, having this gadget makes sense as we head into the winter.

I have been using other Renpho products, and still do. So when I saw this new product out I decided to retire my old oximeter and replace it with this. The old one never seemed to change during the day and I start losing faith in it when I saw it stable at worrisome levels all day long. This oximeter changes constantly the reading and now, at last, I am sure I know where the oxygen level really is. I test in the morning, after physical exercise and in the evenings and I see that the levels are those I expect at that time.The package comes complete with the instructions, in proper English and not Google-translated ones. There is plenty of technical info in the leaflets that to some means nothing but to someone that is into the subject is of great relevance. The translation of the leaflet in other languages could be better but, nevertheless, easy to understand.The gadget is small in size and there is no pinch or pressure when using it. The auto-switch off after the usage is great.With an asthmatic around the house, this tool is, for us, very important and we are all very happy about it. It is worth your money and I highly recommend it if you need a reliable instrument for your health monitoring.Thanks Renpho!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I received the RENPHO Oximeter FS20B to test it and after measuring my oxygen levels a few times a day for one week I can confirm the results are very accurate. The item was also delivered quickly and in a small package.The display size is great and you can easily see the numbers for your oxygen levels and pulse rate. I also like the white design because it is pleasent to look at and doesn't distract you from the main display.It comes with the batteries already (which is a plus nowadays) and it is a very easy to use tool - only one button and it shut down automatically after a few seconds.Instructions: Are simple and well detailed.I think this is a great product and I will definitely recommend it for family and friends.

I never previously considered getting one but I’ve loved having it and especially as it is easy to use!!Amazingly it has registered the difference between me with no breathing impediments and my husband with mild asthma - I get readings of 99-100% whereas he is down at 94-96% I am now fascinated at how easily I’ve incorporated this Renpho pulse oximeter with my other fitness tech! I have a few underlying medical conditions and I was advised that it would be useful to have one of these. I now totally agree and carry it when I am exercising as it is such a great small size. The product is supplied with batteries which is a bonus as you can get it out of the box and start immediately.The product is accurate as I have compared its reading with those of another meter given to me by a GP. They were spot on. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this product for ease of use, Renpho product reliability (I have other products that are of equally high quality) and fitness for purpose.The only negative thing is that I found it really fiddly to attach the carrying loop. If that came pre-attached or the loop hole was bigger, this would have been a 5 star!

Makes a nice change). Instructions are clear & easy to understand & follow. Would be useful if they included an explanation of what the various reading mean but there's always Google.Large screen with clear readings as shown in the video. Doesn't feel uncomfortable, just a slight pressure because it needs to adjust to your finger size to get an accurate reading (recommended to use on index, middle or ring finger on either hand).Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The only suggestion I have is to consider making it rechargeable - I'm very conscious of the impact batteries have on the environment so tend to purchase rechargeable items where possible.
