I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the hot tub has turned out to be a fantastic value. The fit/ finish and craftsmanship is outstanding. It does exactly what I was hoping it would do and at a great value.There's really only been one negative associated with the experience which was dealing with the freight delivery company R&L Carriers. If you have the option of using someone else I'd vehemently suggest it. The tub came in quickly and R&L reached out to me to schedule delivery...actually more like they were dictating when they were dropping it off regardless of my schedule. They told me 11-3 the next day or come pick it up myself and when I expressed that I'd actually be at work during that time their response was 'well then we'll just send it back". When I inquired about an alternate time or date they just said 11-3. Completely unhelpful. Worst part is their freight terminal is about 5 minutes from my house. When I called the shipper they didn't have much else to add. So, I prepared to take time off to meet them...again, between 11-3pm and they promised to call 1 hour before delivery so that I could leave work and drive 30 minutes home. Of course at 10:30 the next day I got the call that they had already arrived and they were wondering where I was!Lesson learned was the next time I purchase anything like this on line, I'm going to ask who the freight company is and if it is R&L then I'm going to pass.Hope this helps someone. Have low expectations on delivery...but the product is fantastic!

We did a lot of research before purchasing this spa 3 years ago, and we’ve been very happy with it ever since. It’s still working great. Prior to this model, we had a much more expensive 8 person spa with all the bells and whistles. It was constantly needing maintenance, was a chore to open up and climb in and out of, was expensive to run, and constantly needed cleaning. This model has been a game changer. It’s simple, small, and easy to maintain. It was exactly what we were looking for. It took about 5 weeks to arrive after ordering. It is also shallow enough you don’t feel swallowed up and can still see the environment around you but still deep enough you feel relaxed and fully covered. We highly recommend.

I love this hot tub.. I waited a while to give a review to see how it works and to get all the bugs out of it. . We bought it Feb 2014 and here is my only complaint.. Amazon had it shipped in a truck that did not have a lift gate on it and the driver was the only guy who was there to unload it. Now that how the heck were we suppossed to get this heavy hot tub out the back of a tall 18 wheel truck without a lift gate or a lot of people. Lucky I had a truck we back up to the 18 wheeler and we pushed it onto my truck. Then we drove my truck around to my deck I just built for the hot tub. And that's all she wrote for that part. Now for the hot tub.. The hub is awesome I use it every night it's not raining. I get in right before bed and it helps my back and I sleep all night. Now I will tell you the knob that turns on the water fall was loose and leaked into the cabinet of the tub beginning but it just need to be tighten cause of the road trip. No big deal. Also the tell you it's has a 15 foot cord but it's not really true cause most of that is in the cabinet. It's more like a 11 foot cord. Something I wish I knew when I built my deck cause we use 15 foot cord specs. Again that does not effect the way to tub functions .. The multi color lights are awesome . The water fall is very cool . The jets work great . You can adjust one jet per seat for your back. I like that. My tub stays around 104 -105 degrees. Top says 104 but if you turn the jets on with the lid on for a few minutes it will kick it up to 105 so you will not loose so much heat when you kick on the bubbles cause the air cools the tub down. They say its a 3 to 4 seater,I can't see it. My wife and I sit in it and I'm not a very big guy and we displace a lot of water together. So with 3 people in the tub it would make the water over flow out the tub.. Plus if you take out the water so 3 people could get in the tub then the filter would not work. So... I'm saying it's best for 2 people. One other thing I have not seen a hung increase on my energy bill either.. Maybe 5 bucks a month .. Maybe 7.. And that was in the winter who it was cold when it was harder to run.. Now our bill did go up for the summer but I will bet thats from our A.C. Not the Hot tub. Oh there is one other thing on the inside of the tub it look has 4 chair welled out for people to sit well .. If you look down at it from the top it look like a 4 leaf clover kinda .. I think that molded plastic is wasted space. But again it does not effect the operation of the tub.. I will say this. If you are trying to pick between this tub and the oval rock solid tub.. Get the square one cause replacement tops for oval tubs are big bucks.. Square ones are easy to come by.. Just my 2 cents.. Also I would gave 5 stars if amazon had not gave bad delivery service . But that's not the tubs fault.. =)

I have owned this unit for over two years now and it works just as good now as when it was new. I did have a problem and their customer service took care of it. The temp was going up to 107 and it never shut off. The solution was to remove the back cover, unplug the sensor inside of the unit (it has a 3/8 inch wide flat wire ) and wait a few minutes and plug it back in. This fixed the problem and I have never had any problem since then. This reboots the system. The filter is two years old and stll works as new. I change water every 4 weeks and add very few chemicals. I would purchase the unit again, but I would now shop around for a better price. It has gone up at least 20 percent since the purchase two years ago.--------------------------------------Having owned this unit for about 8 weeks now, I offer this five star review.Pros: Thought that this had very good value for the money; much, much better than the inflatable type.Did not notice that much of an increase in my electric bill; maybe 5 dollars more a month.Stays a constant 104 +/- 1 degrees F. Checked this with an under the tongue thermometer.Comes with a very nice insulated cover with safety locks (not installed). Owner would have to drill into the tub to install. Chose not to do that and glad factory did not drill holes in it for me.Ample number of jets for me and spouse. It is the right size for the two of us.Easy to move around (unfilled).Cons: The cover hold down latches are unsightly. Should have been designed to be removable.Suggestion: Do not plug this thing in until it is filled. The motor comes on immediately when you first plug it in.Opinion: Do not buy the steps (I did not), they are just something to fall off of.
