As someone who's prone to a case of the nods on long road trips (even if I've had a full night's sleep), I was looking for something a bit healthier than my former go-to booster shot, which may or may not have rhymed with "Jive Power Synergy". Coffee was out because going to the bathroom every 30 minutes does not an efficient road trip make. (Writing like Yoda does not an efficient Amazon review make either, but no matter...) Luckily, I stumbled onto Vita-V, which costs about the same as any truck-stop stimulant (the legal ones, anyway) and gets the job done with a impressive variety of familiar and organic ingredients.I wanted to LOVE this product but had to detract one star because the taste isn't quite there. Perhaps it's unrealistic to expect an energy shot to taste as good as a fruit smoothie, but this is just a tad too bitter for me. Then again, perhaps my bitter 'bud is hypersensitive and you'll find the flavor nothing but sweet and delicious. Either way, it's scrumptious enough for my needs, so I'm sure I'll pick up another case as soon as this one runs out.

Not the greatest taste but seems to help with energy. I bought these originally as a natural source of energy during pregnancy but once I got them they do say NOT recommended for pregnant or breast feeding mothers and I couldn't find the source of the caffeine in them to know for sure what was in them. My husband was going to start drinking them but he didn't like the taste either. Definitely better cold and if you drink them fast, may be good in a smoothie. This one had a banana/pineapple flavor?

I was really looking forward to these energy drinks due to they are organic and I buy lots of the Stacker 6 hour energy! Once I received them I could not open the bottle! There is a rubber on the inside of the cap that is do tight my husband could not even open it and he is pretty strong!! He had to end up taking "all" the plastic off the bottle and somehow ended up opening it for me. But I don't know how I'm going to open the rest becuase I get them for work!

(12-pack) I needed a safer alternative to five hour energy shots and red bull. These are packed with a lot of vitamins and caffeine in the amount of a cup of coffee. The vitamins do give an extra boost. If you are sensitive to stimulants as I am I suggest start with a half of a bottle until you know how your body will react to it. It does have a slight after taste of vitamins, but otherwise doesn't taste too bad. The liquid is not clear and I am guessing that is due to the vitamins in it. I didn't have any energy crashes. It definitely gave me a boost. I am best with only taking a half a bottle at a time.

I take energy shots on a regular basis and honestly I couldn't tell any boost in energy with these. To be fair They taste GREAT! Think smoothie. My particular batch I had to open with pliers!!! To be fair the company did send me a card that stated they would replace for free any shipment that I had trouble opening but when I tried the link several times it wouldn't work. I gave up. If I were a rich man I'd buy these for the taste alone, but. . . .

I have tried quite a number of products in my quest for the right amount of caffeine that does not have an abrupt high or low. Also getting less harmful stuff and better nutritional ingredients is a plus. These shots are perfect! You can drink half the bottle for 40 mg of caffeine or the whole bottle for 80 mg of caffeine. I just take the whole bottle in the morning. They are quick and easy, taste good (not that I really care about the taste) and most importantly there is no crash and I am not wired in the evening like with other products. I will keep buying them!Sometimes the caps are difficult to open so I use a pair of scissors that has a built in plyers grip.

The taste is fine, and it works to wake me up in the morning. However, many of the bottles are impossible to open. I used scissors, knives, and my very large, strong, football-playing roommate to open them, and both my roommate and me ended up with blisters on our hands and unopened bottles. The package came with a notice that some bottles may be difficult to open and instructed me to request a replacement package if I encountered any difficulty. I contacted them twice and never heard back. Never got the replacement bottles and still have unopened bottles from the original package. If you have some sort of machinery to open this stuff with, it's a great purchase. Otherwise, you're really paying much more per bottle than you'd think because many of them won't be able to open.

Product works in terms of providing an energy boost. The flavor is very good especially given the natural ingredients. The only drawback is that the product is very hard to open (I am a powerlifter). However. the customer service is exceptional. They shipped me a complimentary 12 pack after making my concern known to them.I really suggest giving this product chance and hopefully the packaging issue has been fixed.
