I ordered this phone for my nan, terminally Ill and struggled with hearing, my mum is currently her full time carer and at times when they need to communicate my nan struggled heavily to be able ring my mum due to her hearing problems. We ordered this phone for her to see if it would be better. I could not be more impressed. Very loud and clear, easy to use. My nan was almost brought to tears with it. Hugely impressed!

Just what we were looking for large numbers clear screen ease of use .good size speaker reads out number of person calling.did find it a bit less logical when entering numbers into phone book at first. Nice to have a charging stand. seems good for the money.bought for elderly relative

Brought this for an older person, once switched off not easy to turn on got to slide side button down then up, not easy for non nimble fingers.

ease of use

Good and simple for my very elderly mom to use and easy to see. Not sure we like the keyboard lock feature which i cant see how to disable. Adding new contacts is a bit different to others i have come across, a bit slow to do.

Bought for a elderly lady who has difficulty to see , great buttons that let them feel the numbers they r pressing , would recommend
