Excellent plants, shipping, and service A+++
I've ordered four times from these folks. The plants are top quality, and any issues I've had with shipping were promptly and politely resolved without question. I will continue to purchase with confidence from this vendor.

Melted
They arrived healthy and looked beautiful, a nice amount of them. I added them to the tank and they melted back so intensely idk if they will ever recover. probably less than 20% of each plant still lives. I'll update if they recover. Tank specs are good and i've a better than average led light fixture, also used seacham flourish to no avail. I'm not sure why they reacted the way they did, but it was a waste of $15.

Look at them grow!!!
After seeing an aquascaping bonsai tutorial on YouTube, I knew I had to do one for my HMRT betta, Khunsuk. I must admit I was very worried when I received my AR Mini in the mail. It was shaken up so badly, it looked like Strawberry jell-o. I contacted the seller right away. They assured me that if it died, they would replace it. Hopefully they will add packing into the cup so the plants don’t get so damaged during shipping. I carefully rinsed the gel from all parts of the plant, separated the little plantlets and planted it right into the Fluval Stratum that I used in the bonsai pot. As you can see by the pictures they are thriving! I am very happy with the outcome! My betta, nerite snail, and the ghost shrimp tank mates are very happy with their new home!

As described and in good condition.
Shipping was fast from Virginia to NJ using USPS First Class Mail. In my case, because we're in the same region, First Class was adequate. My aquarium has strong light and CO2 injection with a dirt and sand substrate. The plant arrived in good condition and I planted it immediately upon arrival. The plant is doing well and had no snails.

Rootbound and rotting; unsure if genuine Tropica
2 stars given if was packaged well and arrived within promised time. However, the Tropica labeling had been removed (that little wraparound plastic thing that gives the instructions, name of plant, and difficulty level). Unsure if genuine Tropica. Also, the roots were turning brown and completely rootbound. Some of the leaves were slimy. Smelled off. Disappointed. Threw in trash because irritated, but should have returned. Rats.

Altern. Rein. “Mini” Arrival
Will Edit the Quality as plants progresses. Not sure about quality on arrival. Begun a very gentle wash in roughly 65* water and leaves and diatris begun to fall off quickly. Much too quickly... slowly removed gel “tissue culture” after acclimating for 15/20 minites. Remaining Leaves had a beautiful hue to them I will add. Hoping the plants recover.
