DO NOT BUY
Dead board in mine. Had to reset many times since I bought it. Nothing but trouble with LG and this TV. The warranty is TERRIBLE to deal with. DO NOT BUY ASURION either. Both are giant waste of your time and are 0 help when the tv WILL go out within the first year.

Just ok wish it was better
The tv just randomly turns off. The picture quality is great but obviously tv programs need to catch up. The operating system is subpar and in dire need of an update. Also to lg I know you say it’s my tv overheating but this isn’t the case. Please do an update to fix the turning off

The media could not be loaded. Pro: 8K looks awesome... in fact, jaw-dropping. Fact is, there's not much 8K content out there and that doesn't make up for the list of Cons.Con: For a $4000 TV, one would think that the engineers and testers worked out the bugs to make sure this was the best TV possible, and the easiest to use. Apparently no one did either: and we are returning it. Our 6 year-old 4K TV is easier to use than this! The smart features aren't that smart. It takes a LONG time for us to get to anything we haven't already pre-defined. In fact, #2 below will demonstrate that.Picture quality is great: until a shift in resolution happens, like a commercial or something. EVERY commercial. EVERY something. #1 below addresses that. The remote control does remote control stuff... it's just not backlit. Make sure you're in a well-lit room to use it. Plus, it's attached to a lousy TV.Here we go:(1) Shifting resolutions can often result in a blob image while the Alpha9-Gen 3 processor takes up to 11 seconds to render the image clearly. From the way LG promotes it, we expected it to be nearly instantaneous! In 2021, up to 11 seconds of onscreen garbage is unacceptable. See video.(2) Something as simple as connecting a Bluetooth headset should not require eight button presses to accomplish. If the headset isn't connected to another source, this TV should automatically sense it and switch from internal speaker to Bluetooth and connect it. There needs to be an option in the Sound settings to automatically connect a specified Bluetooth device as soon as it's turned on. The test headset is currently dedicated to the TV and is not paired with any other device. The time and effort to connect it is ludicrous, when turning on an identical headset connects it immediately with a paired phone.(3) Favorite apps and channels should be on the Home Screen: not buried deep in menu after menu. To get to anything we want to see, a number of menus are required. I suppose IF we had Netflix, we could simply press the Netflix button. But we don't and we won't. Perhaps we just haven't had enough time to learn how to do this... but with problems 1 and 2 unresolved we won't have this TV long enough to worry about it.Those are the major issues, but enough to send this loser back for more work. Unless LG can promise - and deliver - a firmware update to resolve these issues imminently, we're shipping this thing back and keeping our $4000 for another day.

No VRR or AMD Freesync on 75 inch + models
After being assured by a few people that work over at lg that the 75 inch LG Nano Cell 99 Series TV would support VRR or AMD Freesync for the newer Xbox. However after finally reviving the tv and plugging it in I, to my shock, found no setting for VRR or Freesync. After getting back in touch with the manufacturer I was told that only SELECT models of the Nano series will support VRR. So if you're looking for a specific feature and are a fan of Russian roulette this is the tv for you.
