DiamineFountain Pen Bottled Ink, 30ml - Majestic Blue

it isn't advertised as such, so no stars knocked off for that, but all the reviews i saw said it was a strong sheener and would work even on regular paper, which isn't the case. look elsewhere if you're looking for sheen. but what you do get with this is a very good, formal, dark blue ink that flows well and doesn't feather much at all, even on regular paper that isn't meant specifically for fountain pens.

Heard a lot about the sheen on this, and its very prominent. However, the blue is a bit dark for me and this can cause issues with feeding on your pen. Do not use in an eyedropper or other large capacity pens as this stuff can get chunky.

Such a beautiful color and lots of sheen! I love it so much! After used this little one I’ll get the regular size.

Basically what the headline says-I like it enough that next time I place an order I'll possibly getting the 80ml bottle. :)

I haven't used a fountain pen for many years - probably since 1959 or 60. After that I used cartridges and then at some point I didn't any longer. I haven't been able to buy the glass bottle with the built in ink well for a long time. That should sound nostalgic. But the reason I bought this ink is because I have a weather glass, a barometer, that rises and falls with the changing weather. Its fascinating to see the level of blue rise up the spout, sometimes actually bubble out, and then recede. So, you asked if this ink served its purpose for me and the answer is yes, it did, and I thank you.

Nice, deep blue, but does flow as well as Waterman ink.
