A firm high quality insert with great arch support
These inserts are high quality insert with great arch support. Not your average dept. store type. They are very firm and slip right into your shoes with correct sizing. They are not the very soft memory foam type though. If you are looking for firm and structured support for your foot these may be just what you are looking for. I recommend them after use.
