Missing 10% - outrageous!!
Scandalous! Only 18 out of 20 sachets in the box! It's one of the priciest hot chocolates out there, you can't even get it in store anymore, and now I'm being sent only 90% of the advertised product! Unacceptable!

The very best hot chocolate.
The Hotel Chocolate is the best I’ve ever tasted ... thick a very yummy. Chocolate taste just out of this world, Just the BEST EVER HOT CHOCOLATE. The Salted Caramel was delicious.

Disappointing variety of flavours
I, apparently incorrectly, assumed that the 'Selection box' would have a variety of each of the flavours to try. It seemed like a good choice prior for buying a pack of 10 of one flavour. In fact there was only 3 different % of chocolate flavour, Hazelnut and Caramel. They make 14 flavours now! Btw, the few choices we have are all delicious!

Product does not match images
Only received 5 varieties but the images show 10. Did not receive the Orange flavor which takes pride of place on the images. The hot chocolate came clumped together in the packet rather than loose flakes.

For those who think they will get orange flavour.CONS no orange!PROS good expiry datesExcellent packaging and prompt deliveryI'm not usually a chocolate lover but I find the orange flavour irresistible. Unfortunately there aren't any orange in this package so ive deducted a star. Im sure these won't go to waste though 8-)

14 out of 20 unusable
Out of 20 sachets 14 were rock hard instead of flakes and therefore unusable in a velvetiser. Only 6 felt ok. I am returning all of them.

Outstanding
Excellent product from Hotel Chocolat. I've tried most of the other offerings and find the salted caramel to be the best. Love these new 20 packs also, as previously came in packs of 10 that had a minimum order quantity of 2. A must of you have a Velvetiser.

The best dark hot chocolate
My favourite hot chocolate. I’ve tried others but this gives the right depth of dark chocolate flavour for me. I did try all the other Hotel Chocolat varieties about a year ago, but still come back to this one. I don’t suppose you have to but we make it in their Velvetiser, which husband (the house hot chocolate maker) says mixes the chocolate better than conventional methods.
