La Bella Super Spikes Hair Styling Gel, 22 Ounce

I have used this gel for a long time. I have tried a lot of different hair gels, but I have found this is the best, and the price is fantastic too, for the volume you get. It dries quickly, holds very strong, and does not flake. I resorted to purchasing it on Amazon as my local Target and Walmart stopped stocking it.

This gel is the only kind that works in my hair, and recently Walmart stopped supplying it. Thankfully I found it here on Amazon and for even less money! It holds for days and doesnt leave a sticky residue on me.

I used to buy this all the time back in high school. I decided to try other gels because this wasn't sold anymore where I lived. I finally found one that worked with the strongest hold and no flaking(no not this product). I decided to see if they had the gel I used here on amazon. I tried it and it just sucked. It is way to watery and I can't even spike my hair. Not what it used to be.

This has been my go-to gel for years. From time to time I've had a hard time finding it in local stores and attempts to use competing brands have only ended in disappointment and put me back on the hunt for La Bella's Super Spikes.I should add I've used it both for helping keep a spiked flat-top cut standing up while I served in the military and then later to help firmly hold down my hair with a longer traditional male cut. Works equally well for both purposes, doesn't flake like so many competing brands, doesn't stay sticky to the touch once firm, and will even help hair stay put as styled AFTER being combed out.So thankful that I'm now able to reliably order it through Amazon.

My husband has loved this hair gel for years, it is disappointing that it is now so hard to find and a bit on the pricey side.

I'm sure this product works wonderfully for others, but it didn't do a thing for me. My hair is stubborn as hell, and the only thing that works on it is wax. I ended up throwing this gel in the trash.Based on my experience, I don't think this is a good match for difficult hair.

Like I said, it's cheap and it really works. Don't use too much though. Start with a minimal amount and then add more if needed. It can make your hair flat if you use too much.
