Excellent quinoa, and so nice to be able to buy at a reasonable price via Amazon given that there are no Holy Foods in my state, and the nearest one is at least 4 hours away. Fine foods here where I live here in the middle of nowhere are expensive, and so I’m grateful that Amazon makes it possible for me to enjoy excellent products at a reasonable price.

Great filling breakfast
I like that these oats are organic. I just add pieces of chopped dates or cranberries, also organic. Lately I have added fresh nectarine cut into small pieces. I manage through the whole day as I rarely have lunch. In the Winter I add fresh chopped apple.
