This stuff is amazing with Special K
Its hard to find an affordable nut milk these days. I buy this stuff. I use with Special K cereal and I use a bit of sucralose it is absolutely fantastic to the taste buds. I don't know why regular milk doesn't cut it with special-k but I am glad I stumbled on this. I feel like I am getting away with something!

Im making homemade kefir!
After quite a bit of research, I decided to use this milk to make non dairy kefir. ( I am dairy Free.) It turned our great and tastes very good. All you need is a glass quart jar with a lid. I purchased Easy Kefir Starter by cutting edge cultures also on Amason. Just pour one quart of your milk into the glass jar and add the powder starter and stir and put the lid on. Let it sit on your counter for at least 24 hours, longer if your house is on the cooler side. Then refrigerate. Stir before serving. It's almost as thick as yogurt. The starter seems pricy but no..... For you next batch of kefir, take 1/4 cup of your thickened Kefir and mix it into the new quart of almond milk and repeat the process of letting it sit out overnight. Can do this over and over , about 7 times or so. Best of luck to you and I hope you enjoy it!

Great Almond Milk!
I started Drinking Almond Milk awhile ago. This brand is my favorite. Definitely make sure to get “Lightly Sweetened “ though. They also have a “Unsweetened “ and IMO it’s not very good.Don’t have to be refrigerated right away either. If you open one however I’d suggest putting it in the fridge then.Good for cereal, making smoothies, etc.Prices seem to fluctuate wildly! Normally I find the best prices on Amazon Vs local grocery store. Not always though.Give it a Try if you’re trying to use something besides regular milk. There’s several of other Milk options available as well.Hope this review helped

good flavor, added pea protein for 10 grams per serving
Shelf stable "milk". That is my primary reason for buying this. I keep an assortment of non dairy milk on my shelf, and in my fridge. I dont care for almond milk for my coffee, but for nearly any other application it is fine. I tried this, and it isnt too bad. Orgain tends to do a good job with the taste and mouth feel of their products, so I am not too surprised that this is better than some stuff I have tried from other brands.I like having some shelf stable stuff on hand because I dont want often get to the store, and I dont want to have to buy a bunch of containers that need to go directly into the fridge. The shelf stable stuff is more costly, but it offers some much needed convenience and flexibility.I normally only do unsweetened vanilla, but the lightly sweetened vanilla option was on sale, so I decided to go with that. It isnt too sweet, itsnt too strong in any flavor, which is fairly typical. It has a creamy vibe due primarily to sunflower lecithin. Slightly thicker than some from pea protein and guar gum. Also pea protein is what boosts this milk to a protein option. 10 grams per serving.Includes added vitamins/minerals such as calcium and vitamin D, which is in the form of D2 (ergocalciferol). Too bad it isnt the healthier version D3 (cholecalciferol), which is more readily absorbed and used by the body.

just awful
I love real cow milk & was looking for a quarantine alternative so I didn't have to go to the store. This was a poor choice. The flavor is just awful - chalky, bitter. I've had other nut milks before so I'm not comparing this to cow milk - I'm comparing it other nut milks. This in no way measures up. If you add enough nesquick, it's drinkable, but in no way enjoyable. I don't recommend this at all. **Update: As I look for more creative ways to use what I bought, I made an interesting discovery - if you put it in black tea, it tastes almost like a chai latte. Not enough for me to adjust the rating, but just FYI!

Almondmilk with the richness of full fat milk
This is the one almondmilk I've tried that's closest to whole milk. It definitely has more almonds than other brands, since there's 3 grams of fat with almonds being the only ingredient that could provide it. The 7 grams of sugar goes a long way, it feels like there's more but that's just the pleasant vanilla flavoring. If you've ever had plain pea protein isolate, you probably thought of that idiom that you can't dress up a pig. Yet somehow the protein in here doesn't detract from the flavor at all. For my uses, mainly cereal, protein shakes and smoothies, I don't think I could find better. There is a slightly gritty aftertaste, but lets be honest. Where are you going to get your calcium if you're avoiding dairy? A whole bag of spinach? I doubt it.

Its like a meal in itself
I was really upset I had to order this particular brand. I typically buy the Silk brand but they were out. This was twice as much money but after buying it reluctantly I can say I would buy it again because it is so thick. It's like a meal replacement in itself. If you don't want a thick texture don't get this. I imagine it's from the added protein. Doesn't mix well with protein shakes or any weight loss shakes to be honest if you don't want them super thick. This adds additional thickness to the shake which could help many stay satiated in the long run. I approve. Just not for protein shakes lol....you have to eat them with a spoon.

Good value -- THICK consistency -- flavor is okay
Well this is NOTHING like the almond milk that I've purchased before. It is THICKER. Not sure what I think about that. I purchased it to go in my cereal and I've been too sick to go shopping so I purchased through Amazon.I drank it to go with chocolate cookies this week -- since I am out of regular dairy milk -- and it really shocked me because it was THICKER than expected. Flavor was okay -- this would be good as a creamer I think even in coffee due to its texture and quality.GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE.Flavor is okay.Thicker than expected.
