Yea, works awesome. Powerful motor. Dry stuff put in last. Pulse the ice cubes until their smooth, (sound is not that loud), and viola, perfect smoothie. I'm happy with this purchase. READ THE DIRECTIONS.5 April '17 Update: Still going strong. We have 2 other "personal" blenders in the house. Well now no one uses those anymore. Seems mine is the go to. I get called cause "the stuff is stuck and won't blend". Well if there is enough liquid, (sometimes they had a couple of teaspoons), then I shake it hard, pulse, then repeat if I need to and bam, no worries. Then I hand them the instruction booklet. The other issue is when I hear an terrible loud sound and discover they haven't seated to the base correctly.

I’ve been using this almost a year now. I wasn’t a “smoothie” person but was forced by medical reasons to hop into the game. This appliance is perfect. It handles ice, ice cream, fruits, veggies, powders {powders don’t gum up at the bottom like they did in my standing blender} with ease. I can easily use it, clean it {hot water to 1/3 full/half cube ice/dishwashing detergent and turn it on then rinse in sink} boom done all from my wheelchair.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So, there's A LOT of good here. It's definitely one of the most competent of personal sized blenders in that it crushed ice like a champ as long as there is enough water to do so. With the price tag this is at it is more than worth it's weight. If you're like me where your protein shakes are half ice, half frozen fruit and some protein powder then you'll be pleasantly surprised at how well it works.That being said, the bottle and cap are cheap. After one use, the outer shell to the bottle broke off and the clip on the bottle cap also came off after a simple tug when lifting it up. However, I contacted Amazon and was sent a replacement for the next day and so far I haven't had any issues. But I advise you to be careful not to drop this bottle or hit it against anything. So I guess just be cautious when transporting the bottle and you should be good :)

Let me preface this by saying that I own a Vitamix but needed another blender so that I could make smoothies at work and I didn't want to invest quite as much on a second blender in the off-chance I don't stick with my current smoothie phase.I ordered this because it has a 20 oz blender jar/sports bottle and a very powerful motor. I was excited at the prospect of less equipment needed in the sense of needing only a jar that functioned as a bottle as opposed to needing a blender jar AND a cup.The unit itself is very lightweight and compact.The mouth on the blender jar is too narrow, and I get protein powder everywhere when I try to pour it directly from the scoop into the blender jar. The jar itself is also very tall and narrow, and so the circulation in the jar is suboptimal when blending. I get the jar loaded and then blend, remove the jar and the lid and have to stir it, or I have to shake the jar and its contents to better mix the contents for blending. Because of the difficulties with circulation, I get protein powder stuck halfway up the blender jar and it's difficult to clean out.The blender itself is very powerful and it liquefies frozen bananas quite easily.The base of the jar comes off and is replaced by a sports bottle lid with a nice flip top.I definitely think it is a good blender, but there is a learning curve to using it. And I don't think filling the blender jar completely is in one's best interest. I'll continue to experiment with this blender. It has definite great potential, it just has some design flaws.

I like the size, form factor and the insulated bottle. It generally looks and operates well but the are some critcal problems. The cord is too short adding a foot would be a minor expense as well as adding some tabs on one side or along the bottom for winding would be useful. The lid is a terrible design and comes open at the slightest touch, it has already made a mess of my car. Lastly it is beyond noisy and with the bottle seated it's louder and grinds, I can smell melting plastic, I don't know how durable it will be. Overall it's diappointing.

Impressed! After reading through many reviews, thought I'd give it a try. The power this little blender produces is awesome! You do have to put your juice and yogurt in last after you dump in your fruit, just to make sure there is enough lubrication to blend. In between blending, you might have to give it a good shake or two but that's about it. Your smoothie will come out evenly blended and creamy. I love this product! I keep mine tucked away in my desk drawer drawer. Very portable! Co-workers have asked me where I bought it, they love it also.

Perfect blender especially for one person. Doesn’t leak easy to use and does the job . Easy to clean by following their suggestedDirections. No extra stuff that comes w the magic bullet that I never used or needed. Simple machine that works. Takes up very little space on the kitchen counter.

Its not bad. Just the propeller wore down quick and couldn’t do ice anymore

Muy buena, sirve para lo que necesitaba, cabe destacar que cuando te lo llevas con alguna bebida dentro se sale un poco, no esta completamente hermética
