Thank you Great Hoverboard Store. My son misplaced his charger and the hoverboard would not charge with another cord we found to fit. He was very disappointed in his lack of responsibility and found his brand new hoverboard unusable for 6 weeks! I contacted this supplier to see if we could buy a new cord. They sent a new one for free! What a blessing! Son learned his lesson...hopefully! And parent didn't have to throw away a brand new toy!! Win-win! As for product, we really like this hoverboard. Another son has a higher priced board, but we see no difference in the performance between the two. Good product, good price, good service!

I have to say, what a great value this was! My 11 year old kid loves it. The quality of construction is very solid. I purchased another unit from local big box stores for my other kid, and this one was by far better quality and literally half the cost. I ended up taking the other one back because it was flimsy and jerky in movement. This is a great buy and the best price I could find. Not dissapointed.

This is a great hoverboard for beginners. The only downside is how long it takes to charge compared to use time. It is dead within 45 minutes, but takes 4 hours to charge. The plug also gets hot when it charges, but not so hot you can’t touch it.

My granddaughter, niece, nephew loves their hoverboard. All three of them jumped right on them and took off. I assume their easy to handle. This is one Christmas gift they are still using . They were so popular, I purchased threealso brought all of them the attachment which turns the hoverboard into a go cart. It is designed to put attachment on/off with ease

I bought this for my 8 year old nephew. He loves it and listens to his music on it. Now his dad wants one so they can ride together.

It’s a nice hoverboard

This hoverboard sucks. Feom the start ot would constantly beep. The battery life is terrible, charging 4 hours for 30 minutes of riding time (if you're lucky). We troubleshooted everything to try to make it work. Ours finally overheated and is now fried, less than 10 rides later. What a waste of money.

Had an issue to where it stopped working one day. Contacted the seller and they replied almost immediately and helped to fix the issue. Runs perfect now! Thank you 😊
