I purchased this power bank because it was less expensive than the PD competition and was well reviewed. I didn't have a good experience with this purchase, but RAVPower's customer service went above and beyond to resolve my issues.The package did not come packaged with the carrying pouch or USB-C to USB-C cable that are supposed to be included. I exchanged it through Amazon but the second one did not have the cable or pouch included either. When I contacted them, RAVPower offered to send me a cable to replace the one that was missing. It was only after this that I realized that the battery also had issues charging my iPhone. It would repeatedly disconnect and reconnect from the phone, so my phone lit up and played the charging sound every few minutes while plugged in. I ended up returning it to Amazon and purchasing a different battery.After my initial review, RAVPower followed up to make sure that my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I'm guessing that I just got a couple from a batch with bad quality control, given the many positive reviews, both professional and from Amazon customers.

RavPower are my "go to" Power Banks.Their internal circuitry is well designed and quickly "pushes" the charge energy into your phone or device that needs charging.I find it charges my phone more quickly than a wall charger.(Some other Power Banks I've bought in the past, wouldn't charge my phone to full. They would only charge a small amount, then "stall out" when both my phone & the battery bank were at the same charge level).* Another nice feature of this RavPower 10000mAh Power Bank, besides its excellent powerful charging ability, is it came with a nice draw string pouch, with a pocket on the front to store the included USB-C to USB-C Cable.I almost forgot to mention it has 2 charge ports. #1: USB-C is a PD 2-way, ie quick charge Input / into the power bank & Output to your device.#2: Normal USB A port that your normal charge cords plug into.I bought several to give as gifts (and to keep an extra one in the car, to keep my phone charged up, just in case)As a side note: due to frequent power outages, I keep one of these small RavPower banks with a LED USB Lightbulb (it's a LED Lightbulb connected to a cord with an On/Off switch, with a USB plug on the end. Bought on Amazon).When the power goes off, I simply plug the USB plug from the LED Lightbulb, into the RavPower bank, and Voila! I have lots of light that will last for days (it will light up the whole room. Very portable & easy on the eyes too).Highly recommend this dependable little Power Bank.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a nice hand held palm sized power bank with 10,000 mAh of power. It has one USB outlet. This is a good size and light enough weight to carry around in your pocket. This fits perfectly in the pocket of my usb heated vest and has enough juice to keep me toasty warm for a few days before charging up.The only downside to this is that it takes a USB C to power up. I shouldn't complain because it comes with a USB C charging cable but of all the cables we have lying around the house, the USB C is the one that's hardest to find. We already have a zillion USB Micro cables.This also comes with a nice 4 light output so you can tell at a glance approximately how much power is left in the battery. You can do a rough calculation and assume 25% power for each light.

The "Product description" clearly states it comes with a USB-C cable. The power bank box that it arrived in clearly had a place marked for the cable to be in, and the product description in the box stated it came with a cable. The cable was missing however. Other reviews stated it arrived with a missing cable too. Seems like this is a recurring problem that hasn't been fixed yet. Returned the power bank.

I got this because it had Power Delivery and it was small and would fit in my pocket. I also have had great experience with this brand. This charger easily charges my pixel 3 xl phone from almost dead to full at least 2 times before it needs a charge. It charges with Power Delivery that rapid charges from the included USB Type C port. This unit only has 4 leds to indicate how much power remains. The LEDs oscillate when it is charging and stay solid on when it is fully charged. It takes a few hours to fully charge it from a USB-C charger.It would also fit nicely in my heated vest without taking up a lot of space.Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy more from this brand.

I've purchased RAVpower powerbanks and batteries before for my camera and so I knew what to expect for this powerbank. Quality. It is a small in size and has adequate power to recharge my iPhone for several times when I'm traveling or at a convention where I need power but don't want to lug a huge 20,000 mAh pack around. I like that the charger also included a USB-C to USB-C cable for fast charging the powerbank. And it is smaller than their other 10,000 mAh powerbank, so that's a plus too.

Fast charging speeds due to the usb c. I charge my vape and my phone at the same time. I was expecting it to charge my iPad Pro via usbc to usbc directly into the tablet but the machine tries to send power to the portable charger every 1.5 seconds. However I plugged the charger into my magic keyboard using the usbc to usbc cord and it works like a charm. I can also just get a usb 3.0 to usbc cable and plug it directly into the iPad with marginally slower transfer speeds. Regardless nothing was inconvenient and I love the product.The carrying case is nice as well. I can use it to hold 2 to 3 of my pocket knick knacks that I never leave home without.

Got this as a gift for my granddaughter who is in college. She has an iPhone 11 and MacBook pro and needed a power bank to charge these devices when she was not near an outlet. Since this RAVPower charger has 20 watt PD charging she was able to give a quick charge to her devices until she could fully charge them back at her apartment. She loves the power, convenience and size of this product. For the price, I can't imagine a better power bank especially with the coupon which has been available this month
