Q: Can this stand when folded?

It is not self standing folded. It has a long narrow fold very similar to an umbrella.

Q: is this stroller suitable for tall parents? are handles high enough? I am 5'10 tall

I'm not sure. I'm 5' 51 tall and to me the handles are a little too high. Probaby it will be suitable for you too. But you cannot definitely adapt it to your height, unlike other strollers.

Q: Does the stroller seat sit up right? My son like to sit up straight and alert

I can't say it sits up at a 90 degree chair like angle but it is pretty upright...almost 90 degrees. It is very easy to adjust it when the baby falls asleep and/or wakes up even while the baby is in the stroller.
