Awkward to take on and off
Based on my limited usage so far, they do the job in terms of keeping me dry. But they are awkward to take on and off while wearing shoes. This applies even when the ankle poppers are undone.I got these to carry with me when cycling. The idea being to stop and put them on if it starts to rain. In this situation, taking my shoes off is not a practical option.

Good for really wet one or two-off job.
Portwest are one of the few suppliers that can do really large sizes, although i'd still order one size bigger than you are. The elastic waist takes up the slack and the larger size makes them easier to get on & off. I use mine for high pressure washing a boat hull and stay dry.

Pantalones prácticos
No son los pantalones más bonitos del mundo pero si los más prácticos para cuando estás en el aire libre, andando en moto o bicicleta y se pone a llover. Yo los tengo en la maleta de la moto para cuando se pone a llover. Al ser negros disimulan bastante. No calan y protegen tanto de la lluvia como del frío del aire ya que al no ser poroso no te entra tanto el frío.
