Durable and reliable but noisy
Excellent pump. Used everyday for 5 months while traveling in our converted cargo trailer. Never let me down. I like that it is designed to run dry for a few seconds without negative consequences as sometimes there are air bubbles in the system. I highly recommend this pump! The only con is that's it's quite loud. But I think a they all are ...

Great value and worked exactly as I needed
Rv pump went bad..bought this one hoping it would enable me to winterize my camper..worked great..great price seeing as I only use the water pump one time a year..connections are smaller than my old pump but a knife and some hose clamps got me through....

Pretty darned good pump!
This pump was very competitively priced and since my need was modest I went ahead and picked it up. Assembly quality seems good, and at least Seaflo has a website where you can look up product specs to compare different pumps. They don't seem to publish electrical characteristics, but this information is printed on the label on the pump which you can see in the pictures, so good enough. :) My application for the pump is a little nonstandard - I have two giant 5-day coolers stored in the basement of my motorhome and I use the melt-off to fill Hydroflask clones with ice-cold water. In the past I've just siphoned water off the coolers, but that's annoying and a little troublesome, so I mounted one of these pumps in the basement to do the work for me. The coolers have hose fittings to drain them, so I hit up the local hardware store, bought a shut off valve, a 3/8" hose barb, and some 3/8" vinyl tubing to connect the cooler to the pump, and then some more vinyl tubing to fill water bottles. Works great, keeps us hydrated in the heat, and prevents the contents of the coolers from becoming soaked in water. The pump performs as advertised - it does self-prime which was important in this application. I'm using it unrestricted so I can't comment about the max pressure or auto shut-off. It's reasonably quiet, does not vibrate excessively (it's just mounted to a piece of wood), and the current draw listed at 1.75a must be close since it hasn't popped a 3a fuse. My sole complaint is that the hose fittings are slightly awkwardly placed and fairly short. If they had more space around them or were 1/2" longer I'd give the pump five stars for total awesomeness, but as it it's just pretty darned good. ;)

Seaflo 12V 1.2 GPM 35 PSI Water Pressure Diaphragm Pump
Was impressed with the construction of the unit. Very solid and unit is sealed. It is a bit larger (Longer) than my previous unit. Had to mount it horizontal instead of being vertical to the tank. But the mounting holes still matched up. Used it for approximately 1 hour on the sprayer and had no problems. The 4 year warranty on the unit is also a great plus.

did not work out
had no lift and pumped sporatically. Felt it was faulty and returned for a refund

tough little motor
Tough little motor that keeps my vegetable garden irrigated. According to the display on the solar power controller I'm using, it draws more than the stated amperage. Has run dry a couple times but keeps going. Almost as loud as a whole house air conditioner, so I wouldn't call it quiet.

Leaks save your money
The media could not be loaded. Installing a new sink setup in a cargo trailer I picked this pump because it worked for my needs. After installing it I tried to test it. It turned on fine but just as soon as it turned on it started leaking. It kept leaking all the way through filling my hot water tank and by the time I bleed the lines and shut water off it would almost build pressure but due to the leak the pump runs continuously. I have already started the return.

Nice Pump
Seems to be good quality. However, it needs to be switched to work and does not come with one. Enjoy
