Sunnydaze Birds' Delight 35-Inch 3-Tier Garden Water Fountain - Large Outdoor Water Feature for Garden, Patio or Yard - Beige

Purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She sent a picture captioned “ love it”. Found it easy to assemble and works perfectly.

Upon receipt of this fountain, I was dismayed to find that it had cracked in shipping. Customer service was wonderful and very quickly shipped a new one (at no charge to me). Upon receipt of the 2nd fountain, I was again dismayed to find that it too had been broken during shipping. Customer service was again very helpful and shipped out a 3rd fountain (again at no charge to me.) The packaging system changed with each shipment, and the 3rd one arrived in tact. It was easy to set up, and works great. It is exactly what I had wanted. My only issue is the fragility of the item. I plan to over winter it in the basement, and hope that it doesn't get damaged in the transit. For the price it is great, just really fragile.

I like the design of the fountain and the water stays inside each tier. We filled it up with water one time. You do not need to put more water in it to keep it going.It is made to rerun the water that you put in it using the electric plug that comes with it.

This waterer is very poorly manufactured, and I would never advise anyone to buy it. I paint inside the bowl started peeling within a week. The pump is extremely small and clogs easily. Do not waste your money!

So I do like this birdbath; but the video neglected to show the step wherein the outgoing water from the pump is plugged into the tube responsible for the water flow. This maybe a step anyone would know; but I did not. Additionally, I followed the video to a T and it missed this step. I plugged in the unit and I could hear the pump motor running; but no fountain activity. I thought it might just take a while. When nothing happened, I pulled out the pump and saw water flowing out of it--pretty forcefully. I then realized I needed to attach the pump to the hose. Works now and it does make a nice sound. You also have to be careful with the unit as it appears to be easily breakable and the "locking" units don't lock securely.

Looks good, works well, easy to assemble: I'm very happy with it.

I love the look of my fountain and the trickling water sound. It adds a lot to my garden. It was quite easy to assemble. Light weight but not too light that the wind knocks it over. But in this warm weather I have to wash it out every few days because it turns green, and in doing so I notice the gray color is coming off the resin in a lot of spots, showing the white underneath. I don't scrub it, I just use my garden hose. That's the only disappointment with this fountain. Otherwise I would love it.
