It was like slathering my torso in icy hot. Wholly an unpleasant sensation. I didn't notice any difference and I wore it for 4 hours the first time before I finally broke down and took that terrible contraption off. And let me just tell you about the sticky goo that is left on after the wrap. It took me 20 minutes to wash all that stuff off. 20 minutes! I used the next two wraps in quick succession and had absolutely NO results.

I personally didn't see any results. Bought this a few months before my wedding hoping to lose a couple of inches (along working out). Didn't see any difference compared to when I workout without the wraps. But who knows, it could have just been me.

I have to say I was very skeptical before I purchased these wraps. But, boy was I wrong! I tried my first wrap last night and lost 2 inches. The instructions tell you to leave the wrap on for at least one hour, but after reading reviews I left it on all night. The seller shipped them really fast. I got mine within a week. They are very easy to apply and they stick to your skin, but I used Saran Wrap to secure it, just in case. I read previous reviews and some people described the feeling as some stinging, but I think it is more like a cold/hot feeling. Nothing bad. It felt good actually. So far, I love them. I just hope I keep the inches away.

So this is my second time ordering these wraps. Every time I lose about 2 to 3 inches!!! Sometimes I go to sleep, wake up and that's when I see more of a result. I usually leave it on about 2 hours. There is a tingling sensation that makes it feel like it's working. I normally wrap it with my exercise belt also keeps it in place better. My skin feels smoother, my stomach is less jiggly. I plan on buying more, it's worth it.
