I chose to get these slips for my sons anime books and I do realize they say comic books on them.. they are a little big for his books but he likes them and they were cheaper than other slips I would recommend getting !

Bought more of these other day. Arrived fast as usual, packaging was done well, no missing, damaged or torn comic bags. You can peel back the bottom portion of the bag to access the reseable comics. These comic bags size 6 7/8in by 10 1/2in fits and works well with comic board size 6 3/4in by 10 1/2in. Not too snug, or tight, and not too loose. If you are using comic boards to help protect your comics, it fits most 1980s and 1990s comics. Been redoing few hundreds of my comics and most of them fit. I do have to buy larger size comic boards and comic bags for the thicker, larger and book type size. The comic bag and comic board should only hold one comic. You can try two comics but it will be really tight and may damaged your comic. Until they make comic bags better again in another 10 years or so, will keep these for now, or until something else better is available.Also you can use the comic bags for other things besides comics. Put shirts into it, seal it. Clothes, anything else you can think of that will fit and seems reasonable to keep it lasting longer. DVD cases. Anyways, again make sure if you are using this size comic bag (and brand) try to also get the comic boards size 6 3/4in by 10 1/2in, these two will work well together. Fits most 1980s and 1990s comics (DC, Marvel, Image, Variant, Dark Horse, etc). At least the ones I have.

I like to go back and read back issues of my comics. Who doesn't? I thought that I would try these resealable bags. I have used Ultra Pro comic book protection supplies for quite some time, and they are a brand that I trust. The idea of a resealable comic book bag is really great. The only downside that I have experienced with this particular product is that if you are not careful when you are inserting a backing board into the bag, the bag will split down the seam really easy. That was a bit of a disappointment, and I think over time Ultra Pro will improve this bag.Overall I like the bags even with the one complaint that I have. I have opened and closed the bags several times, and they reseal nicely. As of this time, I don't have a good idea as to how many times I will be able to open and reseal the bags before they begin to not stick. I will definitely buy another package and continue to use them until I can get a better feel for them.I would definitely recommend this bag for your comic book protection needs, especially if you like to dig into your back issues.

I use these in conjunction with a thermal sealer to protect comics and other smaller magazines and books in my antique shop. They're inexpensive, easy to seal with my machine, and get the job done to protect the items until sold. I cannot vouch for the durability for long term storage.

Worked great for some old 80's comics I've had since I was a kid. Were easy to load and seal. Arrived in excellent condition, not folded or creased.
