Q: Are these quality enough to be used as a dinner napkin at a wedding reception? Product description suggests this, but I'm seeing mixed reviews.

They are very nice quality but I think they would be too firm to be used for a napkin. We use these in our guest bathrooms for when we have parties.

I am not sure except they are very absorbent and feel like cotton and not like paper towels.
