Does this help with cradle cap ?

I dont think so. But if its a baby, coconut oil & a soft bristle brush will. Let the oil soak in for a few & gently rub with brush to lift it off. A small amount of head & shoulders works for cradle cap too.

Would this be too heavy for toddler with fine curly hair?

No it shouldn’t be to heavy . I have noticed it’s very light on any hair type. Honestly it’s really worth the try. I use it on my hair also sometimes.
