This is the first fish oil that doesn't come back to haunt me all day. Can't say it helped my joints as I had to have surgery, but it can't hurt trying. A little on the expensive side.

this gel cap is huge, twice the normal size. I cant take it because of my big gag response. I broke one open to see if i could use it in some other way and even after washing my hands several times for two days could still smell the fish odor on them. Generally a strong smell means the oil is rancid but it didn't smell bad just fishy. Bottom line I will throw them away because I cant swallow such a big item. They should have a life size picture on the bottle like many supplements do.
