I’ve been taking Inositol for about 3 months now and can genuinely tell a difference from when I am taking it versus when I’m not. I overall have more energy and feel like I’m retaining less water weight. I’m also sleeping much better! If you have PCOS like me, I’d highly encourage you to look into the benefits of taking it! The size of the pill isn’t terrible either, so swallowing isn’t bad! The bottle is an easy open bottle so no struggling to get it open.

I love everything I feel healthy when I take it

I’ve tried a lot of different things for anxiety: yoga, hiking, meditation, running, rhodiola, ashwaganda, GABA, lavender (Silexan), l-theanine, magnesium glycinate, chamomile, lemon balm, kava, and yes, a drink or two out with friends. Nothing has worked as well as this.I really didn’t expect it to work this well. Before this, the lavender extract Silexan was my go to, combined with a lower dose of rhodiola (100mg). Now I just take 500mg of inositol before bed and the whole next day feels so much calmer. I’m surprised mainly because this dose is low — it’s known to help with panic attacks at 6-12g, so it’s odd to feel such an effect at 1/12th that dose.I imagine it won’t work for everyone because nothing does, but hey, give it a try. Ends up being an absurd $1.75 a month at this dose and I don’t even take to every day.

My OB/GYN recommended that I purchase an Inositol supplement for my PCOS condition.So far, it is very good, super easy to swallow (the pill is not large), the packaging came in perfect condition, and the shipping was very fast.Update! December 2023 - I finish my first bottle and am in my second... I am so happy with this supplement!

I have been on different types of myo-inositol for PCOS. I was so excited to find this brand bcz it was cheaper. So I bought 2 bottles and a bottle of just d chiro. I didn't get my period for 3 months after starting this when I had been very regular since starting myo-inositol last year (before myo-inositol my cycles were anywhere from 45-80 day cycles). I went back to another brand and got my period within a week! My facial hair came back full force on this. Didn't ovulate at all. It was like i wasn't taking anything! And I can't return the second bottle so im just out that money. It may work for you but it didn't work for me.
