I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 . Everytime that I turn on the GPS this car charger can't handle it. ..won't recommend it ..

I'm confused. It's supposed to be a mini USB to fit the galaxy but mine was some double USB weird set up I've never seen on any phone. Am I crazy? Is this how it is supposed to look?
