Konsyl Formula-d Psyllium Fiber 14oz (Pack of 4)

This stuff was specifically recommended by my Dr., and it is awesome. He uses it daily as well, and mixed with about an inch of orange or pineapple juice, you don't taste a thing!!! Just slug it quickly though, or it thickens:)

This formula works well, goes down well, and more affordable then a lot of other products on the market. Becoming more difficult to find, hope the manufacture is not going to discontinue offering.
