Hi Thanks for your interest in Buzzy. Here are the Mini Grow Pot instructions: 1. Place growing medium pellet in a bowl and add approximately 1 tbsp. of water. The pellet will expand as it absorbs water. If any part of the pellet is still dry, slowly add a few drops of water until the whole pellet is damp. 2. Fluff the growing medium (a fork works great) and place it into the pot. Place 3-5 seeds on top and lightly press them into the growing medium. Cover with a tiny amount (about 1/8”) of growing medium. 3. Seeds love consistent moisture and light. For added moisture control, place clear plastic wrap over the top of the pot until seedlings emerge. Place in bright, indirect light, such as a sunny south facing window. Plants such as succlents & cacti grow slowly & can remain in the Mini Terra Cotta until they are about the same width as the pot. Other plants should be transplanted when they reach about 2-3” in height. To transplant, moisten growing medium, place the seedling between your fingers & rest your hand on top of the pot. Turn the pot upside down & tap the bottom to release the plant. If planting outdoors, check plant variety & growing zone to ensure weather hardiness. Succulents & cacti prefer a free draining sandy or gritty soil mix. Other plants do well with standard garden soil. After transplanting, many plants will benefit from regular applications of plant food or organic fertilizer. Follow vendor directions. If repotting, choose a pot that is large enough for the final growing size.

Cute idea but little results

I loved the idea and planted six plants with my grand children. Two sprouted, only one has grown. I was going to order more for a Bridal Shower Bloom Bar, but I feel my guests will be disappointed. Not sure what happened

Great activity for kids parties!

I ordered these as a craft activity/party favor for my daughter's birthday. The kids were able to paint a pot, let it dry, then take it home to plant their seeds. It was definitely a hit with the kids and the parents appreciated it wasn't a bag full of cheap toys. I even had a couple adults take home extras. The pots are very small and super cute!
