It was ok
I was expecting more recipes for some reason and it was a tiny pamphlet with a few recipes. The Tupperware was ok but a little overpriced for what I was expecting.

Great for accountability
The portion control containers are absolutely perfect. I use them during the week so that I don’t overeat. I also weigh my food and these help with tablespoons and cup amounts.

Very cheaply made. I was removing the lid and the tan broke and now they say I cannot return it.

I like that the set has many sizes to accommodate my bariatric diet , I just wished that the set was more uniformed not so many colors , I think if the set was less colorful it wouldn’t attract so much attention when eating my lunch at work .
