Is it dishwasher safe?

No. The middle compartment is microwave safe so it might be but the rest is not. You can read the bag using Google lens translate if you buy this product.

Is the 210 ml measurement just for the bottom tier, or total for the whole box?

I’m not really sure. One can put wet food in the bottom and than there’s a lid for stuff to go top. Like crackers or 1/2 sandwich; fruit or even danish. Or you use the white tray that sits atop the brown lid that separates the bottom. It can be used for a lunch…but not for a child. Because the overall lid is triangular you have bit more room. You just have to remember that when taking the lid off. It clamps on both sides… it could pose a challenge.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Please do not use the dishwasher / dryer

It’s plastic. I don’t use it anymore. I use glass jars inside or wax clothes for food travel.
