Khazana Indian Recipes

If you want to make Indian food at home, this is a great book. Be warned however that many ingredients are required that cannot be found in most grocery stores. You really need to prepare yourself with all the ingredients before attempting a recipe or it won't turn out as it should. Agree with other reviewers who also state there is a lack of pictures. I do not find this a big problem, but others may.

Sanjeev Kapoor is the best Indian chef. Many people like me learned cooking by reading his books and watching his shows. The book has great collection of Indian recipes . The instructions are very simple to understand and use.

This is an excellent cookbook that I have been waiting for a long time. It has the most delicious, mouth-watering Indian recipes and written in a manner that makes cooking simple and easy. This is a must-use tool for any man or woman who hopes to win over the heart through the stomach.

The book looks interesting but it has arrived in very poor condition. The inside of the spine is broken and it looks used although it was purchased as a new book. Not impressed!
