It's a good product it works great on my child's hair. I do not like pricing. I hope the company could work on making bigger size containers. My daughter use almost a half bottle of conditioner. The conditioner is only going to last maybe two or three wash. And I did not receive my free gift from the company.

I got the product and i couldn't wait to open it but i had braids. Once i open it the carmel is so sugary. i used it and felt like it was mostly sugar and no liquid. i had to use almost half the bottle just to get my hair covered. And The bottle had use by 9/20/17 and i received it in end of February twice is like 7 months but i didn't plan to wash my hair with this product every time i was my hair. I was really dispatched . Yes it made my hair soft but didn't really get it starlight.It was a waste of my money because of the carmel.

This product is amazing it gave my hair life back. I followed the instructions to the t and wow this stuff worked well. The carmelux I left that in my hair for an hour and then did only one round of the shampoo and followed with the conditioner. Then it made my hair feel great then I did a heat protectant with a leave in conditioner and blow dryed with a comb attachment and still felt great and flat ironed my hair with a chi flat iron and wow that's results were amazing my hair is flowy and is no longer stiff. I highly recommend this product it is expensive but can last for a good while and will definitely use again

This product was not what I thought it would be for the price you have to pay. Let me begin with this, I am a person that test several products to see if they say exactly what they are supposed to do. I am natural and I love products that make my hair feel healthy, moisturized, and soft. I have tried various products, from Shea Moisture, Cream of Nature, ORS to Pantene Pro V; you name it I have tried it. I am an African American that has thick and curly hair, so it's important to me to find products that hydrate your hair. (MOISTURE is a need for hair growth along with healthy diet and hair routine) With that being said, this product left my hair very dry, especially the shampoo, and after rinsing out the conditioner (after allowing for the time specified on the bottle) my hair was still dry but soft. The Carmelux product did enhance curls so that was a plus but it left my hair dry after washing it out as well. I even bought their hair and scalp treatment which smells like apple cider vinegar packaged in a cute bottle, therefore I had to follow-up with a moisture. (If you don't know apple cider vinegar dries the hair out if you don't follow it with a carrier oil (coconut, olive oil, etc) but it does promote hair growth, helps with oily hair problems, it's an antibacterial/antifungal agent, cleans/ clarifies, detangles, aids in natural shine, and prevents split end breakage) Overall, it made my hair soft but extremely dry; there are several steps and it is time-consuming for this treatment therefore have PATIENCE if you are one that is wanting to try it! I hope this review helps because I know how important a real review is to us that is seeking the truth behind a companies product!

It was ok

I love the fact I can read and understand the ingredients on each product and it's all healthy and natural! It's perfect if you are trying to take proper care of your hair instead of having to do a bunch of separate treatments with many products they combine the best things to work in harmony and promote healthy hair and growth. I love it. It's like a one stop shop. Buy the entire line and your essential oils and that's literally all you'll need for your hair. My hair feels amazing right now

Super happy with this product! End result is my hair is soft and shiny. Looks fantastic! This product does not have a strong smell after which is a big plus for me.I have mixed, slightly corse, curly hair. I put the Carmel on for 22 minutes and then washed 3 times with the shampoo and left the conditioner on for less than 5 minutes. After blowing drying and straightening, my hair looked great. No other products used.

The deep caramel mask is terrible. the honey was crystallized in the bottle when it arrived. The only thing I would order again is the shampoo and conditioner, which do rock and are the only reason I gave it even 3 stars. The shampoo and conditioner work very well, leave the hair clean and manageable. The carmel crap is messy, doesn't spread evenly on the hair and I would never order it again.
