I have tried a few different nose studs of differing styles. This style (pulls apart to insert) is by far the easiest and most comfortable to use. Because of the flat back, this stud cannot fall out easily like the ones with a ball on the end can, and the flat back is much more comfortable than the cork screw back. Once you pull the top from the post and insert the post in nostril hole (from inside facing out), re-insert the top part way then carefully bend the top so there’s a slight bend in the metal. Then finish fully pushing the top piece into the post. There are lots of videos on YouTube describing how to insert this type of stud, and I highly recommend watching them if you’re unfamiliar with this stud. Bending the metal of the top piece once it’s partially inserted prevents the top piece (where the gem is) from accidentally falling out when you wash your face etc. The gem is small but pretty. The post is 20 gauge with a 6 mm post. Perfect for nostril hole.

This is exactly what I expected. They are the perfect size for a nose ring for me, my only complaint is because the stones are so tiny, they don't catch much light like in the product photos. In the picture with my hand, the smaller side of the jewelry is the gem and the larger side is the back.

Perfect size for my Tragus! Very small and dainty but I love it! Might need someone to help you get them in because they are small but I was able to do it myself. The inside of the ear piece is flat and not bulky and that is why I love these! Titanium is the way to go!

If you're looking for the tiniest jewelry you could possibly ever get, this is for you. If you want to see it, get something else. It's so small, I can't even see the "gem", and I think it would just go right through my nose piercing.

Way smaller then expected. It's more for those that are shy about there piercing.

I got this for my helix because the description said that it was appropriate for a helix. It’s not. It’s so tiny. It’s also not 20g. This will be a perfect nose stud, but it’s not for a helix. The metal looks and feels cheap. The “stone” is too tiny for the color to matter.

Super cute and the perfect size but this "threadless" crap means it falls out every time I brush my nose or adjust my face mask 0/10 do not get

This product was not what I expected. It wasn’t good quality materials and the stone looks like a tiny black dot. It was not the same jewelry that was in the picture.

I really love this. I love that the top pops in and not screws in. I look forward to ordering a lot more!!
