Love these!
I have been wearing these for 20 years +. The new ones are even nicer than my old ones. Now I no longer bear showing so much of this old body and I am in the pool!

Fit well, look nice, dry pretty fast
I like these--not thin material to show every bump of cellulite. Work well for swimming, walking around town, and working out. Multipurpose--which is quite nice.

Comfortable
I tried these on and like the fabric it is very light, comfortable and the fabric is such that I can wear them as capri leggings. I bought a medium based on the Coolibar leggings I recently bought, but feel I should have ordered a small they are a little loose fitting for swim pants. I do like there is an adjustable waist drawstring, therefore, I am not returning them. I have not tried them in water yet so I don't know if the fabric will stretch while wet and sag.

Coolibar is my favorite for sun protective swimwear
I have been wearing Coolibar sun protective clothing for years as recommended by my dermatologist , which allows me to finally spend as much time in the sun as I want while protecting my skin from sun damage and an allergic-like reaction to overexposure to the sun. I’m on at least my sixth set of long sleeved, full length swimwear, but there are unlimited choices for coverage depending on your preference. I find coolibar swimwear to be comfortable, breathable, and quick-drying, and great for active days on the water or at the pool. I have not had a sunburn or overreaction to sun exposure in at least fifteen years of outdoor activities while wearing coolibar swimwear, sun protective hats, scarves, and outerwear.

The Search is Over!
UPDATE: I bought these over 3 years ago and I have 3 pair. Excluding a short time for Covid lockdowns they have each pair been worn close to a couple times a week for my water aerobics class. 3 years - 2 times a week! I think that is absolutely amazing considering the corrosive nature of pool water. When the time comes and I need new ones...you know I will consider nothing else but these.I have been trying to find a quality pair of swimming pants for water aerobics class since the first of the year. I tried a few of the lower cost capri pants. The ones with the shiny, slick look and feel, that run in the $23 dollar range, but while initially they may work there are always issues. Below the belly button style! Seriously, why would a plus size woman buying swimming pants ever need a below the belly button style? The drawstrings are not long enough and pull through, the fabric stretches out after about 10 uses such that the leg loosens up and rides over the knee while working out. These pants are distinctly different from the cheaper ones I have purchased. First of all there is adequate rise at the waist - absolutely perfect. The fabric is substantive and not slick and shiny but rather matte and with some "grab". And the drawstring is not open ended so no risk of pull through. More importantly the legs stay down below my knee while doing my workout. I don't mind paying the higher price for something of this quality. Well worth it.

Had these for a year and a half and they're like new.
I purchased these swim pants in July 2023. It's now November 2024. I swim 3 times a week in chlorinated pools and these pants are as good as new. Even. The thread is still going strong.

Collibar for the win!
I am excited to wear this wonderful SPF swim capri! In trying it on for size, I am very pleased with the fit and feel - very comfortable!Really like the rise / waistband at the navel.I compared it to a different brand, (UVskins) and I like the fit of the coolibar better; more comfortable and higher waistband, plus the leg length is longer, offering more coverage. So smart to cover up with clothing instead of using sunscreen. Collibar is pricey but I can justify this purchase and feel good about it too. Trying to protect my skin after too many ignorant years of sun exposure. Medium is perfect for me 5'. 3" tall and 140#Recommend!

Stretches out in water
I have several Coolibar sun shirts. I am 65, 5.5 feet tall, and 140lbs. They are good quality. The ad suggested I buy a large. I bought medium. The waist is above belly button. The length is fine. The waist was a little loose. I should have got the small. When I get in the water, I don’t feel that these hold their shape. I thought a small would be too small, but after getting in water, I wish I would have gotten a smaller size. I am an average build.
