Q: Will this fit an iPhone 8 Plus with an otter box?

I don’t think so. In the main caliper pouch I can barely fit my iPhone 6s and two epi pens.

Q: What is the depth of this bag?

Not exactly an answer: but it holds my phone, about 6 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches. It can also hold a rather small key chain, but not much more. It is really flat. If I need to carry a small coin purse as well, I select something larger.

I would think so. I hold my iPhone X in it.
