Be Aware
There have been some concerns lately about some companies adding lead to Turmeric, mainly to enhance the color to make it more attractive.. Lead is not good for you..At Least that is my understanding.. My wife and some of her friends used Turmeric until this news came out.. To find out more from a couple of the brands they used I sent messages to them thru Amazon, asking about any lead being added to the product for any reason.. This brand, Doctor Curcumin Turmeric Supplement, refused to reply while the other brand I contacted, Vimerson Health Turmeric Curcumin, at first sent me a odd answer not addressing my question. I brought this to their attention and I have a statement from them stating that there is no lead added to their product... I am going to be ordering, for my wife, some of the Vimerson Heath product.. I need to trust a product and the Doctor Curcumin® Turmeric Supplement people either did not care about that. or they may have realized that the answer would not be what I needed to know..
