Very comfortable pillows
Very comfortable pillows with the right amount of support. Came with pillow protector covers. Hopefully they will last a long time. Fair warning don’t let your kids get a hold of them, you’ll never get them back.

Waiting for refund - been close to 2 weeks since I returned pillows.
Pillows did not work for me - they were too firm and definitely not the pillows I had experienced at the Hilton Garden Inn (per item description). Had to pack themselves up myself and box them with the return label - did that nearly 2 weeks ago and have not received a refund to my account. Not clear as to how I can contact seller - hence the negative review.
