Adrenaline rush for sure!
These Books in this series are fantastic. From the first page you are transported into the secret world of government secret service and worse even still. Nathan Stone, a highly trained killer/assassin. Ex military, CIA affiliated. His complicated life and his traumatic past sucks you into liking this man. Regardless of his many kills. This series is gripping, suspenseful and tinged with humour, emotions and the evil that surrounds us all. I highly recommend every book lover reads these books by J. B. Turner. You WILL become a fan of his work, I promise you. Off to buy the next book in this series.

"Slipping"
This wasn't the best thriller I've read from this writer. There were elements that were crammed with the usual fast-paced action I've come to expect. There was a splash of intrigue as the Commission hierarchy began to clean house. The trouble was that by that time (40% of the way through) I was ready to murder Beatrice myself. I lost count of the number of times she asked Stone if he was going to kill her. Over and over, that conversation went, chapter after chapter with him trying to explain to her how much danger she was in. I hope this was a one-off aberration and things aren't slipping in the world of Nathan Stone.

Dreadful
Having enjoyed the previous 2 books I was looking forward to reading this BUT what a disappointment. The storyline was boring being almost entirely made up of the interaction of 2 characters which basically repeated itself all the way through. Hardly any action to the story

Repetitive and laboured plot in the first half.
I can only agree with other reviewers - the constant complaining and demands for reassurance from Beatrice's character in the first part of the book were very irritating. It improved markedly once the action started - although at one point it threatened to include a tourist's guide to parts of Florida as a sub plot.

More of the same.
Have read the previous 2 books in the series, hoped this would finish it off.Same old chasing around, a whinging women in tow.Baddies achieve amazing skills at tracking. Hero out do them every time.Mundane chasing around Everglades.Although no hint of book 4, it was obvious in the last pages it will happen. This mug won't be fooled again.

Too much swearing
I normally enjoy J B Turner's books but didn't enjoy this Trilogy quite so much. I have just finished Book 3, only because I have read 1 and 2. I found it quite repetitive and got a bit boring towards the end. The F word was used in almost every sentence, very lazy writing. Sorry, I can't be bothered to say anymore about it.

Not up to his previous standard
Terrible repetitive rubbish. Normally I love this author but after 33% of this book gave up. Too much swearing and whinging from female. Couldn’t read another page.Absolutely dreadful. I can’t believe he wrote this book.
