Q: Can this be used and kept in a fine tip bottle ?

I don't see why not. The bottles are quite large so I transfer mine into smalller, more manageable sized bottles. I haven't used a fine tip with it but I would imagine it would be okay although it is a very thin glue ( not like tacky glue). Hope this helps.

Q: Does this have a strong scent? Is it good for attaching paper to acrylic, and rhinestones to acrylic please?

Yes, the scent is quite strong and I haven’t found anything yet that it won’t stick. Good luck

Q: Would this glue work for bookbinding?

For craft work I never use anything else, but I’ve not tried book binding with it. You can buy smaller containers just to try before committing to the larger bottles. Hope this helps

Q: what solvent to clean brush. i've tried many but what can i use to clean off execesses. It would be helpful to know. Would petrol work?

If it’s oil based,use white spirit or turpentine. If it’s water based then use hot soapy water. That’s about it. Petroleum spirit is pretty dangerous and you can’t put it down a drain. That’s the safest way to do it. Petrol (gasoline) Is too volatile and it’s downright dangerous. As well as that if it does the job. You still have a dangerous brush loaded with a dangerous substance.
