Then insert into the eyelet the fastener brad that is supplied with the spinner and bend the arms of the brad so that the spinner is loosely retained against the base. If necessary, adjust the tightness of the brad arms until you have a smooth spinner operation. Of course, you can mount the spinner without using an eyelet if you wish and, in that case, the 1/8 inch punch hole should work.
