Q: What do i do if fairy garden grows mold?

Email our customer service at playmonster@playmonster.com and request new seeds and soil. Also mold happens when soil is over watered, key is to keep soil lightly damp.

Q: Does this require batteries for the trickling water?

No batteries are required, just a steady hand to align the leaves so that the water trickles from one to the other and into the waterway. Getting the right angle for the leaves is tricky and my seven year old granddaughter needed help.

Q: Does the seeds really grow?

Yes, they are guaranteed to grow.

Q: How much soil should come with this? We bought this and its barely enough to cover the bottom.

Our kit was the same; we tossed it because it was not great soil and used our own from the garden store.
