Save yourself £6 and buy a multipack of snickers.
Possibly the worst book I have ever read. Save yourself a few quid; don’t bother. Starts by stating that addictions to alcohol/drugs are ‘small fry’ issues compared to food issues. Gets worse, and the less said about the end the better. This author is clearly still a very sick individual who has decided to cash in on her fellow ED sufferers misery. Total garbage, you have been warned.

Small....
Too basic and boring.... Much smaller than I expected. Happy it wasn't too expensive.

A MUST read if you're having food issues
Was having serious problems with emotional overeating and then I got this book. It is fantastic. The author keeps the material flowing in an easy to follow way and shares her experiences to keep the material relatable. Through the exercises (that are so insightful), I have been able to identify why I overate and how to modify my behavior through self care. What have you got to lose?

GREAT therapy
This book speaks directly to the heart of anyone struggling with emotional eating and sugar/food addiction. I battled binge eating disorder most of my life and will be on the healing journey for life. I love reading books to continue my path. I’m giving this one a 5 star thumbs up A+++ for simplicity and clarity of real life, down to earth, heartfelt advice from a friendly soul who has LIVED THIS.

Not helpful at all
Only read a few chapters and could tell this person does not understand real emotional eating. Looked up the author, and like I thought, she was skinny as a rail. Not convinced that she knows the struggle.
