Great little device
Great little device! Exceptionally long range, good quality camera, and responds quickly when I press the move up/down/left/right buttons to pan around with the camera. One really nice thing about it is that you don't have to hook it up to your wireless network, or even be in the range of your wifi. This thing creates its own network that requires no configuration of any kind. Just plug it in and turn it on. (Portable) One other really nice perk is that you can talk to and listen from the device. So you can press the "Talk" button and say "hold on... daddy's on the way". The little TV viewer also has an audio level indicator, so you can see and hear what is going on, even if you have the volume turned down. Highly recommended!

Durable and reliable
I previously purchased this monitor for our first daughter and I loved it. We needed to get an additional camera for our second and it was cheaper to just get the whole package, also my 2 year old destroyed the antenna on the original monitor so we could only see her in the room if we were right outside it. I have had this product for almost a year and am very happy with it, but became overwhelming me happy with it the other night when it fell out of my pocket into the toilet bowl. after retrieving it i put it in rice for a couple hours and figured it would be dead to me. Well it worked all night after the rice and is now continuing to work days later! there are very few electronics that can take water like that! I would highly suggest it!

Love this camera and monitor
When our 4+ year old parent unit broke we tried a couple different cameras but ended up back with this one, the sound quality is great, parent unit battery life is good and we LOVE the auto off with voice activated on mode. Only wish Samsung made a similar unit with a temperature read out.

It’s ok
We have used this monitor for over a year but it doesn’t have very good connection sometimes. Especially if you go too far away. In an apartment it works fine most the time but in houses with taking the camera to multiple floors it doesn’t work.

Refurbished product in terrible shape.
So disappointed. Screen on the monitor is extremely scratched and beat up. The back of the monitor looked dirty, too. I knew the product was refurbished, but this is in terrible shape. We have the exact same model for 18 months and it looks NEW compared to this "refurbished" version.

This thing is a piece of crap!!
This thing is a piece of crap !!! It keeps saying it out of range and beeps then comes back into range ...the speaker keeps going in and out ...sometimes the camera moves other times it won't respond when you try to adjust the angle ...we had another model same brand for years that worked great !!! Our son has Epilepsy so it is imperative to be able to see and hear him !! Don't waste your money !! This is junk !!!

Not working audio
I bought the Samsung SEW-3037W SafeVIEW Baby Monitoring System IR Night Vision PTZ..., but the audio is not working. Reviewing the manual, it only says that I should put the câmera farther from the monitor... But the problem persists, as was to be suposed...
