I’m happy with the natural ingredients in this vitamin/mineral tablet. None too over the top on dosage levels. Decent price for number of tablets.

I heard most of these Amazon reviews are paid for but mines is not. This is my honest opinion. I have iron deficiency anemia and I was beatdown for two months until the doctors told me this. So I started taking this iron supplement and honestly my energy is coming back but this stuff makes my intestines feel like that are shaking. You can take it with food but for better absorbtion its best to take on an empty stomach. Once I get my levels up I am going to work on my deficiency by eating more iron rich foods. I gave it four stars because stomach issues is what u can expect from high dosage iron so its not a Nature Made issue.

I trust this brand and local stores seem always out of stock. The larger number of tablets is convenient and they are not hard to swallow.

The price was outstanding for the amount of tablets. They do not gag you when you take and switch to these. They are not black making one thinking it is way off from the others. This makes it much easier to take with the small white tablets. And it does not leave the stool in black conditions each time you take one..Ej Bromwich

I discovered I have iron deficiency and this is perfect for what I need. I also take it with orange juice so that it absorbs much better. Thank you for making it available in such small tablets. I took it before after surgery and the capsules were huge! So happy to find something smaller, very easy to swallow! Thanks so much
