It’s up to you. They stick to your foot so might be difficult to wear over socks. They are also quite visible…even the clear ones.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean but I’ll try explain best I can, if you turn them actually inside out the shape changes so you can tell that way. If you mean you can’t tell which way round to put your foot into it, the smaller hole side is to go around your ankle and the bigger one is the part that goes around your foot. I hope that helps!
