To avoid injury store the knives in a place where they can be seen easily, rather than covering them with a cloth. 4. To keep the knives sharp, please cut on a wooden cutting board. Cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass may dull the blades quickly 5. Clean and dry the knives after use. Do not soak the knives in water. 6. The knives are finished with a non-stick coating which makes them easier to clean and safe to place in a washing machine. 7. Clean the blades regularly to keep the knives in their best condition 8. Store the knives properly, ideally in the knife block or in an in-drawer knife tray
