Nice enough but not quite what I was looking for.
The planners I normally buy from Barnes and Noble were not available for whatever weird reason so I thought I'd give this a try. It's a very nice planner, holds ink well without smearing or leaking, and has enough room to write in. I'd recommend it, overall; however, there are a few things I didn't care as much for:A) Penholder: didn't come with a pen (that may have been my fault for not reading the description closely enough) and all those (markers too) I tried were either longer (those that fit the loop well) or flopped around (smaller pens that had a hard time staying in the loop). Were it me, I would have placed the loop toward the top and made it a little smaller to hold pens more securely.B) Size: These are a little bigger than the ones from B&N and I knew that when I bought them. They take up pretty significant space in scrub pockets. They'll fit in the outer (not smaller inner) thigh pocket. The problem is the pen loop--the smaller pens would twist and rotate and normal sized pens/markers would get caught.C) Month: I would have preferred having a clear break for the month section but this isn't the end of the world. I just use one of the two bookmark ribbons as a placeholder.None of the above are really a fault of the planner, save perhaps the stupid pen loop. The two bookmark ribbons are very nice to have and it works well overall - just wasn't what I was used to. I'd still recommend them although I prefer the ones sold at Barnes and Noble.

Very professionally organized, couldn't do it better
I have the 2019 and was so satisfied with it that I looked on Amazon to find something similar and found the SAME thing for just under $10. So I ordered it and it arrived today Nov 29th. 99% the same as last year, only change I can see right now is the plastic pockets outside and inside are replaced by an accordion sort of pocket on the back cover where you can drop in business cards. I liked the 2019 plastic pockets better but I did NOT find it anything to ding my 5 star review, just liked the 2019 a tiny bit better. I like both and hope to get one in 2020!

Wonderful planner except for the tabs.
This is a nice little weekly planner. It fits in my purse or coat pocket easily yet has enough room to write many appointments without overcrowding like most monthly planners. I love that it has a pocket and notes section. It also has an elastic to keep it closed, two ribbons to use as placeholders, and a loop to hold a pen, which are all really nice to have, but every size pen I've tried so far interferes with the month tabs.Since I just got it I can't say for sure, but it seems very well made and quite sturdy. The cover is especially nice. I expect it to hold up well throughout the year. The only thing I really don't like about it is the month tabs. And I REALLY don't like them, hence the lost star. They came as separate stickers that I had to put on myself which took a while to get them lined up properly, and they still look off to me.They also extend past the cover so already they are getting bent and keep getting caught on the elastic band closure when I put it on or remove it.Unfortunately tho without them finding the correct month takes a long time.If you don't care about the month tabs or just go in order, then the ribbons will suffice and it's perfect. I however need to flip between months quite frequently so I really need the tabs and I feel they will be broken or fall off rather quickly. Especially if I use the pen loop since the pen kind of crushes the later months.I really do love this little planner, but those tabs, grrr.

Cute and compact
Just received this little planner during Black Friday and I love it. As much as I love the large super trendy planner with retro designs or flowers, I need something more professional in my line of work. The gray leather (faux, I presume) is nice and sturdy, and the gold font gives it a touch of femininity. I like that the font is simple instead of cursive too so that it stays professional. Pages are a nice cream/off-white color with a nice thickness. I like the slot for a pen and two bookmark strips for easy finding. All in all, great find, and I'll be getting more as gifts and again next year for myself.
