I went to register for the online materials and like another reviewer on here, I got an error message that the code provided was EXPIRED. It states that once you open the sealed access code in the book that it is no longer returnable?! The whole purpose of the book was to access the online testing guides. I hope I can get it cleared up or get my money back.UPDATE: I contacted Amazon customer service through the chat feature. They had me return the book and sent me a new one a few days later. The second book ALSO had an expired access code! I reached out to the website Cengage (sp?) that accepts the codes for the online content and they do not support tech issues with books purchased on Amazon.BUY THIS BOOK ELSEWHERE and save yourself a lot of time that could be spent studying.

Great book! Easy to understand.

Do not expect to gain access to the 500 online test questions as advertised. When I entered the access code for the online questions I was told that the code had expired.
